Thank you for considering hosting a private party at our store. I’m sure you and your colleagues will have a wonderful night of fashion, friendship, and fun. In order to help you understand the requirements of hosting a private party, we at The Loft have put together this list of responsibilities that you as host will need to undertake in order to have an enjoyable evening. Of course, if you need help, I or one of my staff will be more than willing to assist you. Just let us know!
Evening private parties are for a minimum of 12 persons including the host. Please let us know at least 1 week prior to the date of your numbers so that we may have sufficient staff on hand to serve you. The party begins at 5:30 and runs until you decide it does. We’re here until you need us.
As host, you will be responsible for providing the “beverages” for your guests as well as snacks, glassware etc. We do have some supplies, but not enough for all of your guests. All guests will receive 20% off regularly priced merchandise. Anything on sale will not be reduced further. We can special order lingerie items for you as long as the items are prepaid.
As host, you will receive a store credit equal to 10% of all your guests pre-tax purchases of that evening. For example, if purchases were $3,000 (pre-tax) you as the host will get a store credit of $300. Spend the $300 in the store that evening and you will also get the 20% off. If you decide to spend your store credit on another day, you would not be eligible for the 20% off.
Terms of sale are cash, debit, MasterCard or Visa. All sale items are final and regularly priced items can be returned within 7 days for a store credit.
